My delegate badge hasn’t arrived, should I be worried?

I paid for a 1 day pass and would like a 2 day pass (+ other mistakes)
Not to worry. If you made a mistake when paying online or on the form which you sent in, then we can easily sort it for you. Just let us know what you would like changed by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
Can I just turn up on the day?
How will I receive my CPD certificate?
Your CPD certificate will be emailed to you shortly after the conference. If you have not received your certificate by 4 April 2019, please let us know by e-mailing email@example.com .
Can I share/split my ticket with a friend?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow tickets to be split between two people or for badges to be passed on during or between conference days.
Single day passes are available for purchase via our ticket page.
