My delegate badge hasn’t arrived, should I be worried?
Your delegate badge, programme and delegate bag will be available for collection at the registration desks on arrival.
Do I have to pay extra for food and drink?
Refreshments are all included in your entrance fee. This includes a hot lunch, afternoon sweet snacks and unlimited tea and coffee which will be available throughout the day.
I have special dietary requirements; will you be able to cater for me?

Whilst we aim to have the largest selection of food available, if you do have special dietary requirements please let us know by e-mailing vetssouth@improveinternational.com and we will arrange alternatives for you.

I paid for a 1 day pass and would like a 2 day pass (+ other mistakes)

Not to worry. If you made a mistake when paying online or on the form which you sent in, then we can easily sort it for you. Just let us know what you would like changed by e-mailing vetssouth@improveinternational.com .

Can I just turn up on the day?
You are of course welcome just to turn up on the day but we ask people to book in advance so we can get numbers right for lunch and refreshments, make arrangements for dietary requirements and provide the right number of delegate information packs.
How will I receive my CPD certificate?

Your CPD certificate will be emailed to you shortly after the conference. If you have not received your certificate by 4 April 2019, please let us know by e-mailing vetssouth@improveinternational.com .

Can I share/split my ticket with a friend?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow tickets to be split between two people or for badges to be passed on during or between conference days.

Single day passes are available for purchase via our ticket page.
